My Story: One Artist, a Solo Studio, and a Community Vision
Art with a Mission
Ketor-Mod was founded on a simple but powerful belief: art has the power to heal, connect, and transform lives. Right now, Ketor-Mod operates as a one-man creative studio and sole proprietorship based in Central Wisconsin. This Shopify store is designed to make art accessible to everyone by featuring my vibrant Living Abstraction designs printed onto everyday items—from statement home decor like stretched canvases and posters to apparel, hats, bags, and coffee cups.

From day one, this entire venture has been designed to serve a purpose far greater than traditional retail. I am actively laying the groundwork to transition Ketor-Mod into a fully realized 501(c)(3) nonprofit Arts Incubator and Recovery Center. My long-term goal is to expand from this solo studio into a physical community hub—providing a safe, inclusive workspace for individuals with disabilities, recovering youth, and those navigating the path of addiction recovery.
The Foundation Behind the Plan
Building a meaningful movement requires a solid professional foundation. I handle every aspect of Ketor-Mod myself, drawing from a diverse background in business operations, management, and hands-on organization:
Business Operations: With an Associate Degree in Business Management, I ensure that Ketor-Mod is built from the ground up with strict fiscal transparency, structured growth, and efficient resource allocation.
Strategic Marketing: I am currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing to master data-driven outreach, build a resilient brand, and eventually manage donor relations for statewide fundraising once the nonprofit status is finalized.
Real-World Experience: My professional journey includes years of team leadership, kitchen management, and handling inventory control and quality assessment within community thrift store operations. I know what it takes to run an efficient, organized space.
The Path to a Sustainable Ecosystem
I don't want to build an organization that relies solely on handouts. I want to build a self-sustaining ecosystem.
The Retail Framework: By establishing my Shopify storefront and print merchandise lines now, I am creating a viable retail engine. Once the nonprofit transition is complete, a percentage of every sale will be retained directly by the organization to fund community programs.
The Creative Recovery Wing: The future physical location will host an inclusive studio during the day, and open its doors in the evening to host Certified Peer Recovery Coaches and non-clinical support groups surrounded by inspiring local art.
